Even experienced Montessori guides sometimes feel unsure of how to better support certain students. 

In the pursuit of normalizing a classroom, obstacles exist that can be challenging to recognize when you are in it day in and day out. 

Gina Polly Applegate works with schools to provide support to guides to build an authentic Montessori environment and prepare that environment to aid the child's development. 

In addition, she helps troubleshoot problems and concerns that are outside of the depth and breadth of Montessori teacher training. 

Gina supports both the teacher and the school to better meet the needs of different types of learners. 

Gina also provides coaching for newly trained guides who are working to implement all they have learned in training while also managing the demands of a classroom.
